Emergency defined: Anything relating to the property under the lease that is a threat to your health or the property.

If you are experiencing a problem that you consider to be an emergency please call our office and an associate on duty will contact you 24 hours a day. Remember you must leave your name and a contact number where you can be reached. Those situations which are not an emergency should be reported by either using our work order request, which can be E-mailed, faxed or mailed to our office.

Service Calls

The resident is responsible for the payment of any invoice for which a repair was made for damage, caused by misuse or neglect. If Landlord or a repair person is unable to access the property after making arrangements with tenant to complete the repair, Tenant will pay any trip charge incurred.

It is our intent to maintain all of our properties so they are safe, habitable and enjoyable. Therefore, we try to service your needs as quickly as possible.

30 Day Move Out Notice

If you are planning to move you must give a 30 day notice in writing. Please remember written termination is effective on the last day of the month following the month in which the notice is given if not received in our office on the 1st of the month. Last month rent is not prorated.
